Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance?
To ensure the same quality service to all of our patients, we do not accept insurance for our office visits or services. However, if you have insurance, you can use it for any tests, outside labs, or prescription medications that your insurance covers.
How much does it cost to become a patient?
It is $300 to become a patient. This includes your first and second visit. Further lab testing is additional and is determined by individual patient needs.
Televisits/Sick Visits are $55.
Routine visits with lab review are $110.
Do I have to get my labs done in office?
No, we do not require labs to be done here. We offer labs in office for your convenience and affordability, especially for our patients without insurance or for those whose insurance does not cover certain labs. We are more than happy to send a lab order to an outside lab or use labs from another provider if they were obtained within the last 4 weeks.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and HSA cards. There is a 3% charge for cards. Cash or Zelle is preferred.
What type of hormone replacement do you offer?
We offer injections, cream, gel, oral options, and pellets.
How often do you see your patients?
Visit and lab testing frequency depends on the individual and what type of treatments you are receiving. We typically require monitoring of HRT patients every 3-4 months. We do require a minimum of one routine visit yearly to remain an active patient.
