Sumerlyn Kendrick
Owner and Provider
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
I’m Sumerlyn Kendrick, owner and provider at Ageless Health and Hormones here in beautiful Daytona Beach. I began my nursing career in 2012 in my hometown of Dothan, Alabama. I grew up in a medical family and my parents greatly influenced my love for both western and natural medicine. I have always had a passion for helping others and dreamed of the day I could provide medical care that incorporated every aspect of health. I moved to Florida in 2019 where I met my wonderful husband and finished my degree from Walden University as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I have continued my pursuit of knowledge with a certification of functional medicine from Function Medicine University. It is an honor and a blessing to be able to do what I love and help to serve the wonderful people of our community.
Megan Winnie
Registered Nurse
Megan is our Registered Nurse. She graduated Nursing School from Daytona State College in 2008. She has worked in Oncology, Surgical PCU, and ICU, and for the past 9 years has worked in the ER as a staff nurse, charge nurse and trauma nurse. Most recently she has decided to step out of the hospital setting and pursue her nursing career in functional and integrative medicine to help her friends, family and community feel and look their very best. Megan’s goals are to further her nursing career as a Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic Nurse. She was raised in St. Louis, MO and right here in beautiful Ormond Beach, FL. She still remains a St.Louis Cardinal fanatic. In her spare time, she loves going to the beach, being outside, dancing, and loving on her two adorable pups, Dolly and Daisy. Megan can not wait to meet all our new patients and help our community “live exceptionally”.
